Wow, what a happening beginning of September at Werksviertel in Munich. FNY Festival is not only a music festival, but will host many artists and events within music, art and culture. I met Mirko Hecktor and Marc Meden for an interview for my new podcast series techno&travel. Get some interesting insights in this fantastic new concept and take the chance to win some festival tickets.

„Urban stranded goods, on the right hand the Container Collective, lights, a late summer breeze blows, music fills the air … FNY is a new festival at the interface between periphiery and city, digital and analogue art and design“

The line-up is described as „it covers a wide musical spectrum with classical, contemporary, electronic music, underground and a twist mainstream with DJs and liveacts“, e.g. Seth Troxler, Stimming, Giegling and Ostgut Artists, Sven Dohse, Sascha Funke and many local artists.

With this article I am also releasing my new podcast series techno&travel. Within this podcast I will give you some profound and in-depth insights into local electronic music scenes, travel guides and artist interviews. Let me know if you like the podcast and which topics you’d like to hear. Some of those podcasts are in English and some – if the local German scene in which I am based requires it or just makes more sense – in German. The podcast can be found on Spotify. I am also working on an iTunes channel. As this one is a German festival, this interview was held in German. I am more than happy to start this podcast with Mirko and Marc, two guys that are passionate about the music and about what they’re doing. Thank you so much, you rock!
