If you are not satisfied with the delivered physical product or if the product(s) do not meet your expectations, you can return the delivery to us within 14 days (§ 6 AGB – the right of withdrawal).

Digital products can unfortunately not be returned (exclusion of the right of withdrawal).

Please note that only items ordered online or by phone can be returned by mail. You can only return items that you have purchased in a store.

We ask you to use the original packaging if possible. In any case, we ask you to return the shipment sufficiently stamped and with the order or invoice number to our address

to send. The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the customer. Unfree return shipments will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.

After successful receipt inspection, we will send you a corresponding credit to your credit card or back to your PayPal account.
