Louisahhh is a born and bred New Yorker and Paris based DJ, vocalist, producer and feminist that stands for female power and sex positivity. In this interview we’re talking with her about Techno, Paris, her podcast “Sober Sex”, routines, her definition of spirituality, her new album “Practice of Freedom” which will be out on 12 March and much more. Without any doubt, Louisa is a woman with a tough journey that led her through addictions, grief, pain and shadow work but also acceptance and love. Furthermore she’s one that found balance in polarity.

This interview is available as a podcast on Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.

In this interview we are talking about:

  • Her current daily life and her routines during the pandemic
  • Louisa’s life in Paris and the cultural differences she recognised in comparison to the US
  • Her favourite spots in Paris
  • The alleged polarity and balance between a grounded and spiritual life and her heavy, sometimes even dark productions
  • How she claims the term spirituality for herself
  • The podcast “Sober Sex“ in which she’s talking with her friend Rose about how a spiritual life can be integrated in intimacy
  • Louisa’s productions, in which she combines electronic and techno with industrial, alternative rock and wild punk ethos
