Interview w/ GusGus about Iceland and Collaborations

By Sabine Spethling

Over the past 26 years the electronic music band GusGus has found their journey through different electronic music genres, always coined by their typical synths and layered soundscapes. For their new album “Mobile Home” core members Biggi Veira and Daníel Ágúst collaborated with founding member Kinski as well as the Icelandic singer Margrét Rán. So this album is a symphony of electronic and pop music and will be out in spring. We’re talking about their home Iceland, the remix collaboration with Maceo Plex and the single releases “Higher” & “Stay The Ride”.
