General conditions of participation and data protection valid for the contest in the eBook ‘Festival Bucket List 2020’ of tunes&wings
1.1 The organizer of the competition is tunes&wings located at Schwedter Str. 47, 10435 Berlin.
1.2 All natural persons who are at least 18 years of age at the time of their participation are entitled to participate.
1.3 Participation by third parties is not permitted.
1.4 Beginning of the participation is December 24, 2019 at 1:00 am (CET) and end of the participation is January 31, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
1.5 The cash payment of the winnings is expressly excluded.
1.6 The legal process is excluded. The winners will be notified via email by February 5, 2020 at the latest. The profit claim is not transferable.
1.7 Participation is available in the eBook ‘Festival Bucket List 2020’.
1.8 Participation is free of charge and is made by rating and following tunes&wings podcast and sending a screenshot to email@example.com.
1.9 The winner is randomly selected among the participants and will be announced at the end of the contest via email. The price is 1×2 tickets for one festival mentioned in the eBook.
2. Additional Conditions
2.1 tunes&wings reserves the right to discontinue, terminate, suspend or alter the competition if unforeseen circumstances occur outside the sphere of influence of tunes&wings, which prevent the planned implementation of the competition. These circumstances include in particular the failure of hardware or software, the occurrence of a program error or computer virus, unauthorized intervention by third parties, as well as mechanical, technical or legal problems which are beyond the control and influence of tunes&wings.
2.2 The competition and the conditions of participation are subject to German law.

3.2 If you do not agree to this data usage, participation in the competition is excluded.
3.3 Should individual provisions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
